Terms & Conditions General The properties featured are offered for self-catering holidays on a weekly basis, usually Saturday to Saturday (4 pm on the date of arrival to 10 am on the date of departure) unless otherwise stated, subject to the Hiring Terms and Conditions. Whilst All The Seasons endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all information supplied and details of the property are correct, they are given in good faith. No warranty is given to their accuracy and it does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage resulting from information given or statements made whether verbally or in writing. Booking your Holiday Once you have decided on a property check availability, we will hold a provisional booking for you for up to seven days until we receive your payment for deposit either by cheque or debit card. In the event that a property is not deemed suitable by All The Seasons or, due to circumstances beyond our control, your selected property is unavailable All The Seasons will refund any credit card or other payment (including any handling charges). Cancellation Protection We strongly recommend that you use holiday cancellation insurance to cover the cost of your holiday Travel Insurance Provider Payment for your Holiday We have tried to make paying for your holiday as simple as possible. The initial payment is 25% of the total hire charge and may be paid by cheque, cash, credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or debit card (Maestro or Delta). Please note there is a 2.5% charge for credit card transactions. Debit cards no charge The balance is payable no later than eight weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If you are booking within eight weeks of the start of your holiday, payment in full is required with your booking form. Information including directions, key instructions and contact number is issued on receipt of the final payment All transactions are processed by hand using the "Customer Not Present" method. If you require a receipt of your credit card transaction please contact us. Bookings from from outside the UK are most welcome and because of the difficulties distance can impose we allow up to ten days for bookings to be confirmed from the date a reservation is made. Balance of charges is due eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holidays. Payment from outside the UK should be made by credit card, (Mastercard and Visa). Any bank charges incurred will be payable by the hirer Cancellations Please note that, once a booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the whole cost of the holiday. However, if the reason for cancellation is not covered by your insurance scheme, we will, in any event, endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, we will make a full refund, less a small administration charge. It is important that cancellations are made by telephone followed by immediate written confirmation. Equipment Each property is furnished and equipped to cater for the stated permitted occupancy and includes pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board. Major items of domestic equipment are listed in individual property details. Televisions; in certain areas channel choice and reception may be poor. Some properties have baths only. If no shower is mentioned it means there is no shower at the property, not even over the bath. Some properties may allow pets which may incur a charge. Pets must be kept under strict control at all times. If you are any doubt as to whether a property is suitable for your pet we encourage you to telephone us with you query. Linen All properties are supplied with pillows, (two per person) duvets and bed linen. Towels are not included in the price, unless otherwise stated. Cleaning All properties are cleaned thoroughly between each let, However, as only a limited period of time is available to clean properties, it is a condition of your let that you leave the property and its contents as you find it. Short Breaks Short break holidays of three nights or more can be arranged in some properties, subject to availability normally out with peak periods. Complaints It is important to the property owner and to All The Seasons that holidaymakers enjoy their holiday and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the property or any subsequent problem, the holidaymaker should immediately contact us, the owner or caretaker/keyholder so that the opportunity to rectify the problem is given. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE The hirer shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on their departure as on their arrival. A surcharge of £50 may be levied if this condition is not observed. The Hirer shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof. The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated for the premises. The Hirer binds and obliges himself to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period of hire. The Hirer binds and obliges himself to pay the lessor in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. Your initial payment comprises a deposit of 25% of the total hire charge, plus supplementary charges for pets. The balance of the hire charge must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. The Lessor may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the hire charge is not sent by this date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, payment in full at the time of booking is required. The Hirer agrees that, in the event of Cancellation, while all reasonable efforts will be made by the lessor to re-let, the Hirer will be responsible for paying for the period of tenancy booked if a substitute cannot be found. The Lessor, his agents or employees, accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer's party or their property, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises, however caused. The Hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring residents or occupiers. The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let. The Hirer shall undertake to keep pets under control at all times, and will not leave pets unattended inside the property. The Hirer undertakes to relieve the Lessor from any liability for damage or injury by any member of his party, however caused. The Hirer warrants that the subjects let are to be used for the purposes of a Holiday. Accordingly, Section 12(2) and Paragraphs of Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 applies to the letting to the Hirer. Wact solely as agents, under the direction of the owners. Any involvement in the management of these properties by ourselves is undertaken on the owner’s behalf. All legal responsibility remains with the owner for any problems that may arise with your property. We reserve the right of entry to the properties at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance. 2. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION All The Seasons may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. 7.2 In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only. 8.1 The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. 8.2 To the extent permitted by law, All The Seasons will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website. 8.3 All The Seasons makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
